We were proud to support the 2026 Luggage of Love drive. Thanks to the generosity of our community, 468 pieces of luggage and backpacks were collected for youth in DFCS custody across Fulton and DeKalb Counties.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make a difference one suitcase at a time.

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Tax Sales are held on the first Tuesday of each month , at 10 AM on the steps of the Fulton County Courthouse at 136 Pryor Street SW.

Registration is not permitted the morning of the sale.

Online registrations must be verified in-person between 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM on the day of the tax sale. Present your photo ID when you arrive to receive your bidder ID card. Bidder ID cards will not be issued after the tax sale is under way.

Sheriff Labat recently stopped by the Policy & Procedure Training class to connect with some of our newest hires and speak with team members he had not yet had the opportunity to meet.

During the visit, he took time to answer questions, share insight, and encourage open conversation as our new employees continue their journey with FCSO.

Sheriff Labat officially pinned and swore in several of our newest officers following the completion of Basic Law Enforcement Training Course 26-01.

We congratulate them on this important milestone and look forward to their continued service to FCSO.

Our Community Engagement Unit was proud to support Council Member Andrea Boone’s Food Distribution event by assisting with giving back to families and making a positive impact on individuals throughout the Fulton County community.

This Memorial Day, we stand in gratitude for the courage, dedication, and selflessness of our fallen heroes. Their legacy lives on through the freedoms we cherish and the service we continue to provide to our community.
