April showed up with purpose, and so did our community.
This month, we honored survivors, amplified voices, and leaned into meaningful conversations during Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Crime Victimsâ Rights Week. From sharing resources to building awareness, every post, event, and conversation helped move the work forward.
Thank you for showing up, speaking out, and standing with survivors. The impact doesnât end here. Every day is an opportunity to listen, support, and advocate.
Weâre carrying this momentum into May. Stay connected. Stay engaged. Stay committed.

Denim Day isnât about fashion. Itâs about taking a stand.
It began after a harmful court ruling claimed a survivorâs clothing implied consent. In response, people wore denim in protest, and a global movement was born to challenge victim-blaming and stand with survivors of sexual violence.
Denim Day is a reminder that what someone wears is never an invitation, never an excuse, and never the cause of harm.
Wear denim to show your support. Speak up to challenge harmful myths. Stand with survivors and be part of a culture that believes, respects, and protects.

Audrey advocates because everyone deserves support, dignity, and the opportunity to be heard. đ
Every day, our specialists stand beside survivors, listening without judgment, amplifying their voices, and helping them access the resources they need to move forward.
Advocacy isnât just what she does, itâs how she shows up: with compassion, respect, and an unwavering commitment to making sure no one feels invisible.
Because being heard can be the first step toward healing, and everyone deserves that chance.

đ„đŸ Asherâs Why We Advocate
During National Crime Victimsâ Rights Week, weâre reminded that advocacy takes many forms, and sometimes, it doesnât need words at all.
Asher, the comfort canine, shows up with a quiet purpose: to bring calm, create safe moments, and remind survivors they are not alone. His presence helps open doors to healing, one gentle interaction at a time.
Advocacy can look like listening.
Like showing up.
Like offering comfort when itâs needed most.
This is Asherâs why. đŸ
