Yesterday, our team traveled to Cordele to meet with the CareConnect team face to face. Executive Director Jason Jones, our licensing team lead, and our APRN team were on the ground to walk through any questions or issues their licensees had, and we resolved everything right there on the spot.

A huge thank you to the CareConnect Health team for hosting us, for working with us to resolve the issues, for providing lunch for our team, and for being patient and eager to get things right!

This is the kind of access we want to offer. One step closer to serving Georgia better.

Rules & Laws Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title 43, Chapters 34 and 34A (O.C.G.A. §§43-34 and 34A) is the statutory authority (law) that establishes the Georgia Composite Medical Board, the Medical Practice Act, and the Patient Right to Know Act (Physician Profile).

The Georgia Composite Medical Board has released an official statement regarding our IV Hydration/Therapy Position Statement that was released on May 19, 2026. We have also addressed misinformation that has been circulating in response to the statement's release.
