The Piedmont Buckhead Chorus is off to a very strong start! 🎶
Twenty-two residents joined the first rehearsal, officially kicking off this exciting new program led by Choir Director Pamela Burns.
Each week, members will gather to sing and prepare for future performances. We can't wait to watch this group grow and hear what they accomplish together!

We recently welcomed four musicians from the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for a special promotional performance that filled the room with beautiful music! 🎶
More than 65 of our residents attended, enjoying the opportunity to hear world-class musicians up close in the comfort of their own home. The performance was so well-received that plans are already in place to welcome them back next year.

Art Therapist Claudia Rak led painting sessions with our residents, and before long, curious onlookers became participants, while more and more people stopped by to see what was happening and joined in. Each artist brought their own style, making the afternoon as unique as the people creating.
We are excited to welcome Claudia throughout the month of June and see what other creativity she inspires along the way. Stay tuned! 👩🎨🎨

Sous Chef Peter brought a taste of Hungary to our community for our latest "Let’s Dish" Demonstration!
A European-trained chef, Peter prepared traditional favorites including goulash, chicken paprikash with nokedli dumplings, cucumber salad, and palacsinta. Nearly everything was made from scratch, right down to an apricot jam that had residents talking long after the demonstration ended.

Our veggie garden is making the most of all this rain! Bell peppers, squash, dill, cucumbers, and marigolds are soaking it up, and suddenly “much-needed rain” looks a lot like dinner prep. Stay tuned! 🌱
