🏆💙 Congratulations to Paramedic Whitley B, and EMT Alec G on receiving the Phoenix Award for their outstanding teamwork and lifesaving care.

They responded to a 30-year-old patient in cardiac arrest. Thanks to the early recognition and immediate CPR provided by Aurora Police Department, along with the rapid response and coordinated efforts of EMS and our partners at , the patient achieved return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) after two rounds of high-quality CPR and advanced airway management.

The patient was transported to the hospital and ultimately survived the cardiac arrest neurologically intact—a remarkable outcome made possible through teamwork, quick action, and exceptional patient care.

Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for your dedication to serving the Aurora community every day. 🚑❤️

🏆💙 Congratulations to EMT Madison C. and EMT Tyler S. on receiving the Phoenix Award for their role in a remarkable cardiac arrest save.

They responded to a 51-year-old patient who was unresponsive, not breathing, and without a pulse. Thanks to the patient’s wife immediately calling 911 and beginning CPR, along with the rapid response and coordinated efforts of EMS and our partners at , the patient achieved return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) within minutes.

Through exceptional teamwork, critical patient care, and seamless coordination, the patient was transported to the hospital and ultimately survived the cardiac arrest neurologically intact.

This outcome is a powerful reminder of the impact of early CPR, rapid intervention, and dedicated first responders. Congratulations, Madison and Tyler, on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for your commitment to serving the community. 🚑❤️

🍼💙 Congratulations to EMT Wally Y. and Bradley M. on receiving the Stork Award for their outstanding care during a very special delivery!

While transporting a patient in active labor, the crew quickly recognized that birth was imminent. They immediately coordinated with ED staff, prepared the OB kit, and safely assisted in the delivery of a healthy baby.

Their quick thinking, teamwork, and exceptional patient care helped welcome a brand-new member of the community into the world. Moments like these are a reminder of the unique and rewarding experiences EMS professionals have the privilege to be part of.
