North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy is a Georgia POST certified regional academy serving the North central region of Georgia.
The North Central Georgia Law Enforcement Academy operates under the sponsorship of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office and Sheriff Craig D. Owens, with funding provided through the State of Georgia and Cobb County Government. Further oversight is provided by a multi-agency Advisory Board and the Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST) Council.
