This Father's Day, I want to honor the incredible men who strengthen our families, our communities, and our nation through faith, love, hard work, and sacrifice. I also share my gratitude for the amazing fathers in my own life who have been such a blessing to our family. I hope you'll take a moment to read my latest Bean Counter Report and join me in thanking the fathers and father figures who make such a difference every day.

Bean Counter Report - Fathers: The Foundation of Strong Families and a Strong America

As we celebrate Father's Day, I find myself reflecting on just how much fathers matter. In a world that often downplays the importance of strong, godly men, I believe it is more important than ever to honor the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who faithfully lead their families with love, wisdom, strength, and sacrifice.

The family is the cornerstone of our society, and fathers are essential to that foundation. When fathers are present, engaged, and committed, families are stronger, children are more confident, communities are healthier, and our nation is better equipped to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

God established the family long before He established governments or institutions. Scripture reminds fathers to lead with humility, love their families sacrificially, teach their children God's truth, and serve as examples of integrity. Those timeless principles remain just as relevant today as they have always been.

I have been incredibly blessed by the men God has placed in my life.

My father demonstrated what it means to work hard, keep your word, and put family first. He taught me that character is measured not by what you say, but by how you live every single day. Those lessons have stayed with me throughout my life and continue to guide me today.

I am equally grateful for my wonderful husband, whose unwavering love, steadfast faith, and commitment to our family have been a constant blessing. Through every season of life, he has led with quiet strength, compassion, and a servant's heart. I thank God every day for the example he sets for our family.

As a mother, there is no greater joy than watching our son grow into honorable, hardworking, God-fearing man who loves his family and strives to do what is right. I could not be prouder of the husband and father he has become.

I am also deeply thankful for my sons-in-law, who have embraced our family with love and integrity. They care for their wives, lead their homes with faith, and work every day to provide for those they love. They remind me that fatherhood is not simply about biology; it is about faithfully answering God's calling to love, protect, and lead.

As Texans and Americans, we must continue to strengthen families by encouraging responsible fatherhood, protecting our faith and values, and creating communities where children can grow up with the love and guidance they deserve.

This Father's Day, let us thank the fathers who have invested their lives in the next generation. Their influence extends far beyond their own homes. They are helping shape the future of our communities, our great State of Texas, and the greatest nation on the face of the earth.

To every father, grandfather, and father figure, thank you. May God richly bless you for your love, your sacrifices, and your faithful leadership.
