🌡️ High temps + high humidity this week = HOT and dangerous! Take a few minutes to learn the signs of heat-related illness.

⚠️ Heat exhaustion:
• Heavy sweating
• Dizziness or weakness
• Headache
• Nausea
• Cool, clammy skin
✔ Move to a cool place immediately
✔ Drink water
✔ Rest and cool down

🚨 Heat stroke:
• High body temperature
• Confusion
• Hot, red skin
• Loss of consciousness
📞 Call 911 immediately

Drink lots of water, wear lightweight clothing, and avoid spending too much time out in the heat!

As we enter the summer season, be sure to practice one or more of the following tips to save you energy and money!

1. Turn off the lights before leaving the room
2. Unplug unused appliances
3. Use natural light when possible
4. Turn the A/C up a few degrees before leaving home
5. Switch to LED bulbs
