There are participants of all abilities from fully mobile to wheelchair assisted, so don’t hesitate to come out and try it! No RSVP and no special equipment are required. The next session is are on Monday, June 22 from 2:00pm-3:00pm at the Community Center, 1905 Coleman Rd, Binghamton.

Follow the Susquehanna Valley School District notices for class/after school activity delays or closures, in which cases there will be no class. Non-residents will be permitted to attend for a $4 per person fee, payable IN CASH to Vickie Conklin at time of sign-in to class. Wear loose clothing.

Cornell Cooperative Extension: Broome County is returning to Vestal Farmers Market with their Nutrition Education classes!

Classes will be INSIDE the Vestal Public Library. The only day that will be outside at the Farmers Market is June 24th.

Join each week for a different topic in nutrition. Those who attend will receive $20 in Farmers Market Coupons each week. Every class is limited to 25 attendees.

Classes are held every Wednesday in June at 10:30am. Registration is required.

2026 Cutler Botanic Garden Plant Sale

The annual Master Gardener Plant Sale will take place at Cornell Cooperative Extension, 840 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, near the entrance to Cutler Botanic Garden. Distinctive perennials, herbs, annuals, grasses, rock garden plants, shrubs and trees are available for purchase.

Get advice from Master Gardeners, take a stroll around gardens and help support the educational work of Cutler Botanic Garden. Held rain or shine, carts and wagons are welcome. Cash, checks or credit cards are accepted. In order to limit crowd size, you need to pre-register online for a time to shop, Friday only. Registration opens on May 4th!

Senior Picnic - The picnic is Monday, June 29, 2026 at Jackson Park, 3317 Jackson Road, 12 pm to 3 pm.

Menu is hot dogs and hamburgers. Water, condiments, and paper products will be provided. Please bring a dish to pass.
