Chief Jeffries is currently a member of MPACT Cohort 12, the Personnel Board of Jefferson County’s premier leadership development program designed to equip high-performing managers with the skills, tools, and confidence to drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Through nine months of intensive leadership training, collaboration, and project implementation, MPACT participants strengthen their ability to lead teams, solve complex challenges, and create lasting impact in the communities they serve.

We are proud to see Chief Jeffries' continued growth and success and look forward to the positive impact his leadership will have on the City of Midfield.
