🛰️Take a look at our current satellite and lightning tracks this afternoon! We've seen a few showers and thunderstorms south of Burns, OR already. Showers and thunderstorms will continue over southern Idaho and Oregon this evening, primarily south and west of the Snake River Valley. Outflow winds up to 45 mph, lightning, and blowing dust are the main hazards with these storms.

A low pressure system will move into our area this weekend, bringing a slight cooling trend to seasonal normals and scattered showers/thunderstorms⛈️ mainly over higher terrain.
