Acute Rescue and Transport (ART) offers skilled, leading-edge Critical Care, ALS, and BLS ground and air ambulance transportation in Idaho.
Provider of Critical Care, ALS, BLS, ground and fixed-wing ambulance transport services, as well as non-medical wheelchair, gurney, and secure psychiatric transports in and out of Idaho. We also provide compassionate and timely non-medical gurney, wheelchair, and secure psychiatric transportation services for Idaho, and throughout the greater Northwest. Founded in 2011, ART is proudly Idaho owned
and operated, and has grown to the largest, most reliable and advanced provider of private ground ambulance transport services in Idaho. We regularly provide efficient and experienced interfacility ambulance transport services for Treasure Valley and Eastern Idaho's hospitals. ART transports advanced medical care patient transfers for nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, specialty care facilities, hospice agencies, as well as provides ground support for medical flight agencies. We are also an indirect air medical services provider for patients needing to move in or out of Idaho by partnering with local area direct air carriers operating medical aircraft under 14.CFR Part 135. Other non-medical services offered by Acute Rescue include wheelchair, gurney van, and secure psychiatric transportation options for both local and long distance transports. ART proudly serves our communities by providing standby event medical services for local and regional events, and is the preferred PRCA rodeo EMS provider in the Treasure Valley. We also contribute critical care medical resources to support county and local area pre-hospital and 911 emergency response when requested. Acute Rescue is also a certified LGBTQ+ owned buisness by the NGLCC, and is honored to participate in the Idaho Time Sensitive Emergency system, Idaho State University's Paramedic Program, and the EMS Sustainability Task Force, dedicated to recommending policy solutions that will provide a sustainable EMS system to be able to provide an appropriate, reliable response to medical emergencies throughout Idaho. Acute Rescue's Mission Statement:
To deliver exceptional medical care and transportation with a steadfast dedication to unparalleled customer service. We embrace open communication, respect, and a genuine commitment to the needs of those both within our organization and in the communities we serve. We strive to exceed expectations by listening attentively, responding with empathy, providing innovative solutions, and consistently delivering service that reflects our commitment to excellence. We believe fostering strong partnerships with healthcare collaborators creates a healthier and more connected community, where providing humanitarian-based medical care and exceptional customer service go hand-in-hand. Acute Rescue's Vision Statement:
We aspire to redefine the industry standard by introducing cutting-edge technologies, investing in people, and a humanitarian-based approach that prioritizes customer service, patient outcomes and the personal development of individuals. By challenging traditional paradigms and embracing progressive methodologies, we aim to set a benchmark for excellence in EMS. Through our visionary leadership and relentless commitment to improvement, we envision transforming the way emergency medical services are delivered, ensuring swift, precise, and compassionate care for every individual in need.

π HARK! AN INTERVIEW FIT FOR THE REALM. π
Our Director of Operations, Gabe Dutton, sat down with Tyson Stucki of the Idaho Renaissance Faire for a conversation about Acute Rescue and Transport β our history, our mission, and what drives us to show up for our Idaho communities and events like the Idaho Renaissance Faire every single day. It's a great watch whether you've known us for years or are just getting acquainted.
If you're not already familiar with what the Idaho Renaissance Faire family puts on throughout the year β the Beltane Festival in spring, the Idaho Renaissance Faire in fall, and the newest addition, SkΓ₯l Viking Festival in winter β consider this your introduction. We're proud to support Tyson and his team across everything they bring to this community, and this partnership is one we don't take lightly.
In fact, Tyson is creating a very special Acute Rescue & Transport tribute character to debut at this fall's Idaho Renaissance Faire. We can't say more than that β but keep your eyes open. π

This Saturday, we're honored to be part of something special. π
Join us June 20th from 2-8pm at Cherie Buckner-Webb Park for a Juneteenth celebration with the Idaho Black Community Alliance β an afternoon dedicated to honoring Black history, culture, and resilience.
This event is also a chance to celebrate the nonprofit and community-based organizations doing the work that makes Idaho stronger β and to learn how each of us can show up and make a meaningful impact right here at home.
ART will be onsite providing EMS coverage throughout the event, because community celebrations deserve the same level of care and readiness as anything else we do. We're grateful to be invited and to stand alongside an organization doing such important work for our community.
Come celebrate with us, Boise. There's live entertainment and performances, interactive activities for youth, local food, retail, and community vendor booths, educational and health resources, and even a rib-eating contest β plus connection, history, and a whole lot of heart waiting for you. We can't wait to see you.

π THANK YOU, POCATELLO! π
What an event! Acute Rescue & Transport was honored to be part of the 3rd Annual Western States Touch-A-Truck, hosted by the Museum of Clean and My World Discovery Museum!
A huge thank you to both museums for inviting us to bring our ambulance to the First Responder Zone β and to every kiddo (and grown-up!) who climbed aboard, checked out our equipment, and asked all the great questions. We had so much fun giving the Construction Zone a little friendly competition for the title of coolest spot at the event! ππ
Days like this are exactly why we love what we do β getting to connect with our community, meet our future first responders, and share a little bit of what life on an ambulance looks like.
Here's to many more years of trucks, smiles, and good times in Pocatello. We can't wait to be back! π
