Akey moves to place CDBG on the next consent agenda.

Matta talking about the Alcove apartments shooting and asking why staff recommended funding programming at a different apartment complex. Staff says funding was reallocated at the request of the nonprofit.

I forgot to note they passed the consent agenda before the break.

Nobody signed up to speak on the Community Development Block Grant hearing. Mayor Schilling did what he randomly does sometimes and allowed other people the chance to speak without having signed up, no takers.
