Arapahoe Sheriff Investigators Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing 63-Year-Old Man
Arapahoe County Sheriff Investigators are issuing an urgent public appeal for any information regarding Kevin Bailey, 63, who has been missing for five days. He was last seen on June 12, at approximately 2:00 p.m., at the front desk of the Woodland Estates Senior Living Center at 2500 S. Roslyn St., where he lives.
Bailey told an employee that he wanted to ride the bus and visit friends. He was last seen wearing either a black or dark blue sleeveless T-shirt, black pants or dark blue jeans, and black mule-style sandals. Before his disappearance, Bailey also told family members he was riding a bus and looking for work. Investigators are attempting to verify his movements and contacts after he left the senior living center.
Investigators developed information indicating Bailey was in the Denver metro area during the evening of June 12. His whereabouts since that time remain unknown. His cell phone is no longer active, and he does not have access to money or a debit card.
Investigators are concerned for Bailey’s welfare because he requires daily prescription medications and has not had access to them since June 11. Missing these medications could pose a serious risk to his health and have life-threatening consequences, making it critical to locate him as soon as possible. Contrary to earlier reports, he has not been diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease.
Bailey has no physical limitations, is fully verbal, and is known to be friendly. There were no restrictions preventing him from leaving the senior living facility.
He’s described as:
• Black male
• 6 feet tall
• Approximately 150 pounds
• Gray hair
• Brown eyes
• United States Air Force Veteran
Anyone who sees Kevin Bailey or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center at 303-795-4711 or call 911 immediately.

Maintaining strong relationships with our federal partners remains a priority for our agency.
The FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation can’t accomplish our mission alone. Law enforcement partners from across Colorado and Wyoming met with FBI Director Kash Patel for a discussion about the challenges we are seeing locally as we crush violent crime together. As a bonus, the meeting was held at Coors Field in Denver, home of Colorado Rockies.
