Thursday, June 18 Free Concert in Your Community Postponed at Southern Village Green, Chapel Hill

The weather forecast for Thursday, June 18 predicts record heat and isolated storms in the evening. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our concert at Southern Village Green in Chapel Hill.

The concert will be rescheduled for a date in September, which will be announced soon.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

The countdown is on! We are so excited to welcome The North Carolina Symphony back to the Southern Village Green a week from today! This event is FREE and open to the public and the perfect way to spend a summer evening with family and friends!

A few tips before the big day:
• Arrive early — this is one of our most popular events of the year and the green fills up quickly!
• Bring low-back beach chairs, picnic blankets, snacks, and your favorite beverages.
