Mental Health America of Central Carolinas is excited to launch the **MHA Family V.O.I.C.E. Program** β€” a new 17-week youth-centered initiative designed to support justice-involved youth and youth facing life challenges through mentorship, emotional wellness, accountability, communication, and life-skills development.

Youth participants will engage in:
βœ… Emotional Regulation
βœ… Communication Skills
βœ… Mental Health Awareness
βœ… Conflict Resolution
βœ… Decision-Making
βœ… Goal Planning & Identity Development
βœ… Relationship Building
βœ… Family Support

Parents and caregivers will participate in aligned sessions that reinforce the same themes, helping families build stronger communication, accountability, and support systems together.
