Friendly reminder for those interested in our last Esophageal Cancer Screenings coming up on June 24, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. WE NEED AT LEAST TEN SIGNED UP TO KEEP THIS DATE!

The Chattanooga Fire and Police Pension Fund is allowing Lucid Diagnostics, a medical diagnostics company, to provide Esoguard screenings during June of this year to aide in early detection of esophageal precancer to retired members at our Fund office (6009 John Douglass Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421).

*No out of pocket cost to the retiree member/spouse (screening is billed through insurance) . You are not responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, up to and including the total cost of the test if your insurance denies coverage. A “What to Expect After EsoGuard” document that provides will be provided to you at the screening event.

Information has been emailed to retired participants regarding scheduling. If you are interested in scheduling a screening and did not receive an email, please contact our office asap.
