This week at FSUSA!

It was a great night and a great concert in Heyworth, Illinois. The last night of the retreat the veterans are given signed lyrics of their songs by the songwriters. What a great job Sue, Cindy and Mark did hosting this retreat! Thank you Heyworth for all you do for your veterans! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🎶💯

First pictures are in from the Heyworth, Illinois retreat. Our team was well received at the American Legion Post where the Meet and Greet took place. It was a packed house. A 99 year old WWII veteran, Paul Petry, an alum, took over the keyboard from Minnie Murphy and as Rachel Cintula from our team stated, "took over the Meet and Greet!" Sign him up!! News 25 WEEK, a local news station, covered the event and interviewed our hit songwriter, Bobby Tomberlin. Here is a bit of insight on a few of the Heyworth veterans that we will be writing with this week. Excited for a great retreat in Heyworth, IL!

The America 250 Trailblazers Luncheon honoring female veterans for National Women Veterans Day and America 250 reception honoring John McNabb II, Horatio Alger Award recipient and Vietnam decorated pilot and of course, we honor all veterans. We were happy to welcome alot of them to the luncheon and reception. The best entertainment from Nashville the amazing Minnie Murphy and incredible Hunter Girl and talented local songwriter/singer Josh Wheeler and very popular musician Air Force Reserve Joe Grieser entertained. Two videos from the Freedom Sings Education Video series were debuted at the reception and wowed the crowd with the realistic AI version crafted around the songs from the stories of John McNabb and Bill Hawk Aubracht, hero from Firebase Kate in Vietnam. Kudos to video team Steve Hunziker, Navy Veteran, and Dave Hill. Army veteran for all their passion for the project! Great day all around for Freedom Sings USA and our supporters and veterans. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
