Our general meeting for June is this Wednesday! We hope to see you there to get updated on everything going on with the chapter!🌹

Today we made 175 meals of turkey casserole and distributed them to our neighbors and community fridges (Hope Community Fridge, Chattanooga Free Store, and St. Andrews).

This month for our State of the Unions series: Hear Nathan Shew of the American Federation of Musicians Local 80 talk about their work!

Today we made 180 meals and distributed them to our neighbors and community fridges (, , and St. Andrews). During distro, we had some conversations that were incredibly heartbreaking and frustrating. Members of our community are being denied water from the people responsible for serving them, have had cooling stations removed, and are threatened with arrest by the Chattanooga Police Department daily for simply trying to exist in a public space. This is unacceptable and completely unnecessary.

Just loaded up the , St Andrews, and Ascension Lutheran Church community fridges with some Tuscan White Bean Soup, biscuits and cookies. Thank you to everyone who helped prepare these delicious meals! If you’d like to get involved, dm us to get info on our next meeting :)

Chattanooga DSA and its Labor Working Group were proud to celebrate International Workers Day along with and other organizations in standing with teachers and students fighting for better funding and opposing deportations. Solidarity Forever!
