We court watch every month to gain a better understanding of how our local legal ecosystem operates and who it really benefits. Our presence in the courtroom helps challenge harmful practices, protect due process and build collective power for meaningful criminal legal reform.

This is the power of the people!
Georgia legislators deny redistricting attempt.
This doesn’t mean the Republicans won’t try again next session.
But if the voters elect different candidates, we could stop it for good.
Recognize what this means.
Republicans in Georgia, particularly those representing swing districts like mine, see the growing power of Democrats in this state, and understand the GOP is in trouble this fall.
Dems fought back for our voters, and we won.
