🏳️⚧️ Honorary Cacica Esmeralda "Maya" Lozano – Mexican trans woman and 13-year PRCC staff member whose life's work has transformed the Latine trans community
🏳️🌈 Honorary Cacique Dr. Wilfred Labiosa – Puerto Rican scholar, Founder of Waves Ahead and advocate with 35 years of work on behalf of LGBTQ+ and elder communities across the Americas
