☀️ June is Children’s Awareness Month and National Reunification Month, and we celebrated the best way we know how—with a summer block party for our foster families! 🎉

Families from across our foster care program came together to make new friends, enjoy great food, and kick off the season with a day full of fun. 💙

A huge thank you to our friends at Mastercraft Barbershop for providing fresh summer haircuts for our youth, while kids got creative with painting canvases and colorful sidewalk chalk masterpieces. 🎨✂️

Most importantly, it was a chance to connect, celebrate, and show our appreciation for the incredible foster parents who make such a difference every day. We loved spending the afternoon with our families! 🌞

A powerful step forward in the fight against the opioid crisis. 💙

This month, Association House joined the Chicago Department of Public Health and community partners to unveil a new publicly accessible Narcan dispensing stand at our campus, providing free 24/7 access to a lifesaving overdose reversal medication.

The stand is one of eight located throughout Humboldt Park and Albany Park, expanding access to a proven tool that is helping save lives across Chicago. 📈 Thanks to efforts like these, opioid overdose deaths in Chicago declined significantly in 2025—but there's still more work to do.

Every Narcan kit represents a chance to prevent tragedy, support recovery, and save a life. We're proud to be part of a citywide effort making our communities safer, healthier, and stronger. 🙌

School's officially out for summer, but our students closed out the year with a celebration of their skills! 🎉 The Association House High School Exhibition of Knowledge featured amazing research projects and impressive creative displays that the whole building was invited to see.

🔬 Led psychology experiments and reported their findings
🎨 Showed off a mini gallery of original drawing and painting!

Our Clean Energy construction trainees soaked up the sun with Nautilus Solar Energy last week 😎☀️

We got a hands-on experience at a massive solar farm just an hour out of the city in Manteno, learning about installation, clean power generation, and what a career in green energy really looks like. 🌳 We walked through a field of thousands of solar panels, enough to provide power to over 1,000 homes in our state!
