Boy Scout Troop 973 is a High Adventure Troop which regularly travels to Philmont in New Mexico, Florida Sea Base in the Keys, Ace Adventure Resort in West Virginia and Sid Richardson Scout Ranch in Texas. At least five weekend camping trips are planned during the school year including one snowboarding trip in Wisconsin. Scouts learn many leadership techniques in addition to Scout Skills. 35 to 40 Scouts.
