In partnership with APOS American Psychosocial Oncology Society and Association of Oncology Social Work, this session will bring together national experts to walk through the full lifecycle of Collaborative Care implementation—from initial design to long-term sustainability.

𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀:
• Dr. Jesse Fann (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center)
• Dr. William Pirl (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center)
• Krista Nelson (Providence Cancer Institute)

This session will explore how to:
✔️ Design and launch effective Collaborative Care pilots
✔️ Identify and leverage key data to measure outcomes
✔️ Build scalable models that support long-term sustainability
