Today, we celebrate all those who show up with love, support, encouragement, and guidance.

To the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, brothers, family friends, mentors, and father figures who help our participants learn, grow, and thrive - thank you. Your patience, laughter, strength, and belief in every individual make a lasting difference.

At GiGi’s Playhouse Chicago, we are grateful for the many people who step into a fatherly role and help create a world where individuals with Down syndrome are accepted, celebrated, and empowered.

This past Saturday, we had the pleasure of attending Young Artists in Concert, a special spring concert in support of GiGi's Playhouse Chicago.

A heartfelt thank you to Roberta from Music Vibes for organizing such a wonderful event, and to all the talented young and emerging artists who shared their gifts with us. Your performances made the afternoon truly special.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended and generously donated. Your support helps make a meaningful difference and contributes to the important work of GiGi's Playhouse Chicago. The generosity shown by our community was a beautiful reflection of the spirit of the event.

Thank you all for making this concert such a memorable and impactful celebration of talent, kindness, and inclusion.

Building Confidence, One Step at a Time!

Join us for a special 2-part toileting workshop series in partnership with Ivy Rehab for Kids/Little Steps in Ravenswood. Families will learn hands-on occupational and physical therapy strategies that help children develop toileting independence and confidence in their daily routines.

July 8 & July 15
4:30–5:30 PM
Recommended for ages 4–8

Parents and caregivers participate alongside their child, making this a fun and supportive learning experience for the whole family. Siblings are welcome, too!

💡 We encourage families to attend both sessions, as each workshop builds on the skills learned in the previous one.

We are SO excited to announce ANOTHER!! fundraising challenge for the GiGi's 5K - Dash for Down syndrome, thanks to the incredible generosity of Orange Shoe Personal Fitness!

We will be awarding the two teams who raise the most money over the next four days! The first place team 🥇 will receive 8 personal training session (worth $450!!). The second place team 🥈 will receive 1 Month Unlimited Small Group Training (worth $220!).
