Urgent-IIT ALERT: Due to the ongoing severe storms that are predicted to stretch into this evening, the Keating Sports Center will be closed for the day, effective immediately, as a matter of campus safety. We anticipate resuming normal Keating Center hours of operation on Friday, June 12.

Urgent-IIT ALERT: In light of forecasts for additional significant thunderstorms later this afternoon, Galvin Tower will be closed effective immediately, except for essential staff. For all other campus areas, managers should use discretion and advise their teams to work remotely when appropriate and operationally feasible. Standard operations are expected to resume in Galvin Tower tomorrow, Friday, June 12. Report building damage or unsafe conditions through the appropriate channels. Facility-related issues should be reported to 312-567-3320, and safety concerns should be reported to Public Safety at 312-808-6363
