Columbus Park - Chicago Park District

This is the official page for Columbus Park, owned & operated by the Chicago Park District & located in the Austin community.

Located in the Austin Community, Columbus Park totals 135 acres and is considered the masterpiece of Jens Jensen, known as dean of Prairie-style landscape architecture. The park features a large fieldhouse, lagoons, waterfalls, stonework and the beautiful “Refectory” building, a popular spot for weddings and special events. The park also offers a nature area, children’s accessible playground with an interactive water feature, bicycle path, jogging path, pavilion and 9-hole golf course.
