PANTHER BASKETBALL CAMP: From learning the fundamentals to building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship, our K–8 hoopsters brought great energy, enthusiasm, and a love for the game to Thorpe Gymnasium at Harrison High School.

Whether they were working on dribbling, shooting, passing, or competing in fun challenges, these students made memories and sharpened their basketball skills along the way.

A huge THANK YOU to our coaches, student-athletes, staff members, volunteers, and families who helped make this camp such a success. Your time, dedication, and support created an amazing experience for our students and helped inspire this next generation of D2 student-athletes!

When Thiago Roberts saw his dad’s photo in the Harrison sports hall of fame, the then-freshman knew he wanted to be next to him one day.

Four years later, Roberts secured his spot on the wall with six track and field state championships. Four are from this season.

The sky is the limit for Roberts, well beyond this season.

The senior has verbally committed to the CU track program and aspires to record an Olympic-qualifying time in the 400. https://buff.ly/pyAmiTD

As we settle into our summer schedules it's a great time to reflect on some of the amazing things that happened at our school during the last school year. One of our most celebrated moments on social media was continuing this tradition... Our senior football players surprised a staff member who has deeply impacted them by gifting their jerseys as a heartfelt thank-you for their last football game of the season. Moments like this show the power of connection, gratitude, and the lasting influence of caring adults in our students’ lives.

Thank you to former NFL Star Alfred Williams for coming to speak to our coaches who lead student-athletes at our D2 schools. He played linebacker and defensive end for the Cincinnati Bengals, San Francisco 49ers, and Denver Broncos, winning two Super Bowls with the Broncos. He shared how coaches inspired him and some of the strategies he believes made a difference. We appreciate him spending time with us.

Mr. Vargas was one happy principal to see a Broncos Super Bowl Champ on campus!
