Check out the progress of the Angelo's Taverna and Carboy Winery. One of our inspectors snapped a couple photos while he was there for another inspection. They still have some work to do, but its getting there.
This new joint is located in the old Old Chicago at Woodmen and I25.
When will it open? That's not up to us. That is up to the builders and then management.

Some fresh t-shirts for our awesome inspectors. They always love some new swag, especially when its crazy hot out like its been this week.
Despite the temps, our team is still out there working hard. We average about 1000 inspections a day. Thanks for all the hard work team.

We're at the halfway point of June, and the home builders have been busy.
We have issued 170 permits for new homes in the Pikes Peak region. We expect that number to go way up over the next 2 weeks as the builders try to get out ahead of the energy code change on June 30th. We'll see how high the numbers climb.
