📢 Summer Closure Update

New Directions will be taking a short summer break and will be closed June 29 – July 3.

We’ll be back and ready to connect when we reopen on Monday, July 6, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

🎉 We’re thrilled to share some big news!

New Directions Career Center has been awarded a $100,000 Columbia Promise Grant from Columbia Gas of Ohio and the NiSource Charitable Foundation to expand our Digital Pathways to Employment program.

This two-year investment will help us equip 300 Central Ohio residents—including women, people of color, and older adults—with the digital skills needed to access sustainable career opportunities.

We’re grateful for this partnership and excited to grow the impact of digital equity and workforce development in our community.

This morning, our team had the opportunity to work with Stephanie from InnerSage Coaching—and what an impactful session it was!

Through the Tilt 365 experience, we gained deeper insight into our individual strengths, communication styles, and how we show up under pressure. It sparked meaningful conversations and gave us practical tools to strengthen collaboration and leadership across our team.

Stephanie brings a powerful perspective to her work, helping professionals move beyond expertise alone and grow their influence through clarity, communication, and stronger relationships.
