With Juneteenth celebrations taking place across our nation this Friday, here are some ideas on how to join in commemorating the day in your home and community.

Like anything, too much screen time can be harmful. Did you know children 8-12 years old spend about 4-6 hours on screens every day? And teens are up to 9 hours a day!
