I put off having our chimney repaired for nearly three years because I had low expectations of contractors and was worried about finding someone who would actually do the job right. Looking back, I wish I had found FireplacePros sooner—I would have hired them from the beginning.

Our chimney was in rough shape, with missing bricks, deteriorated mortar, and water getting in whenever it rained. FireplacePros repaired the damaged brick, tuckpointed the mortar, waterproofed the chimney, and rebuilt the chimney cap. The results exceeded my expectations. They matched the existing brick and mortar so well that you cannot tell where the repairs were even made.

Our chimney is also very tall and requires a lift to access. While other companies wanted to charge extra to rent one, FireplacePros brought their own equipment and handled everything professionally.

Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding from start to finish. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but FireplacePros did just that. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend them....
