Their work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt every day in our schools, neighborhoods, and communities.

Thank you to everyone who has chosen a life of service. Our communities are stronger because of you.

Today, we recognize the innovators who’ve pushed past barriers, reshaped industries, and expanded what’s possible. As your State Representative, my role is to ensure opportunity isn’t the exception—it’s the standard. That means investing in education, supporting women in STEM, and breaking down the systems that still hold talent back.

Texas ranchers are on the front lines of feeding our state and nation. With concerns like New World screwworm threatening the cattle industry, I'm proud to earn the endorsement of Cattle Raisers PAC and remain committed to supporting Texas agriculture, strengthening infrastructure, and ensuring our ranching economy stays strong.

A big thank you to everyone at The Orchards at Market Plaza for welcoming us for a State of conversation.

Some of the best conversations I have as a legislator happen outside the Capitol. They’re the questions, concerns, ideas, and stories people bring from their own communities.

Happy Father’s Day to my tata.

I was looking through old photos this morning and found myself thinking about how much of my life has been shaped by things he probably never even realized he was teaching me.

My dad was born in Ohio to immigrant parents. He worked hard, cared deeply about his family and traditions, and always found new ways to teach me how to be proud of being Romanian.

The older I get, the more I appreciate that.

Happy Father’s Day, tata.

And happy Father’s Day to all the dads and father figures out there. And to all the fathers and father figures who pass down family stories, traditions, languages, recipes, values, and pieces of where we come from, thank you. Those things have a way of staying with us long after we leave home.

**Dogs & Cats Need Temporary Homes**

Summer is one of the busiest times of the year for animal shelters. It's puppy season. It's kitten season. And adult dogs and cats continue to arrive needing help every day. A few weeks in your home can change an animal's entire future.

Collin County Animal Shelter is currently operating at more than 150% capacity, and foster homes are needed. Fostering creates much-needed space in the shelter, reduces stress on animals, and helps save lives.

The good news? Some pets only need a foster home for a couple of weeks. Whether you can help a puppy, kitten, dog, or cat, your support can make an enormous difference.
