🌐 It's Internet Safety Month... and yes, your password still shouldn't be "password123."

The internet is a pretty amazing place. You can order dinner, pay your bills, watch cat videos for three hours, and accidentally buy something at 2:00 AM that you definitely didn't need.

But it's also where scammers, hackers, and fake accounts are working overtime.

A few quick reminders to help keep yourself (and your information) safe:

🔒 Use strong, unique passwords for your accounts.
📱 Turn on two-factor authentication whenever possible.
📧 Think twice before clicking links or opening unexpected attachments.
👀 Double-check who's really messaging you before sending money or personal information.
🚩 If it seems too good to be true... it probably is.

And don't forget to have conversations with your kids about staying safe online. The internet doesn't come with training wheels.

Paulding 911 will never call, text, or email asking for your banking information, passwords, or gift cards. (Seriously... if anyone asks for payment in gift cards, that's your cue to hit the brakes.)

Stay smart. Stay skeptical. Stay safe.

💙 Because protecting yourself online is just as important as locking your front door.

🚨 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! 🚨

Today we’re celebrating all the dads, stepdads, granddads, bonus dads, father figures, and the guys who have mastered the timeless phrase…

“Don’t make me turn this car around.” 👀

To the dads who taught us how to change a tire, grill a steak, tell the same joke 437 times, and somehow fall asleep in a recliner before the movie even starts… we appreciate you.

And because we’re Paulding 911, here’s your friendly Father’s Day reminder:

* Yes, cargo shorts are acceptable today.
* No, testing the smoke detector by making “just a little more smoke” on the grill is still not recommended.
* If someone gives you a “World’s Best Dad” mug… you are legally required to act surprised.

From all of us at Paulding 911, Happy Father’s Day to the dads who show up, protect, teach, support, and love their families every day.

We hope your day is filled with good food, terrible dad jokes, and zero reasons to call 911. 💙🚓🚒🚑

To stay safe in extreme heat, stay hydrated by drinking water every 15-20 minutes, seek air-conditioned spaces, and limit outdoor activities during midday. Never leave children, vulnerable adults, or pets in a parked car, as temperatures can quickly become fatal.
