Then show up to the following actions this week to help us make this demand in person:

1. On Wednesday, June 24th DSA North Texas is leading a protest 🪧 at the Atlantic Aviation headquarters (5525 Granite Parkway Plano, TX) from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

2. On Saturday, June 27th our larger coalition is protesting 🪧 on the south side of Bachman Lake (corner of Shorecrest and Weiss St) near the Atlantic Aviation hangar from 10 a.m. to noon.

Show up for our friends, family, and neighbors on these flights! 🌹

🏳️‍🌈 Pride Month Art Auction!!! 🏳️‍🌈

Join us at Sue Ellen’s *this Saturday*, June 20th from 3 to 5pm for DSA’s very own art auction! The proceeds of the auction will be going to Q***r Empowerment Dallas. QED is a non-profit that works in Dallas and nearby cities to provide safe spaces for q***r adults and to raise HIV awareness in the q***r community.

Donations will help QED expand the range of events they provide on a monthly basis as well as ensure greater availability of safe s*x supplies and accompanying awareness classes in the Dallas area.

🚫 ✈️ RALLY AT ATLANTIC AVIATION HQ!

On June 24th, organizations from across the metroplex will gather outside Atlantic Aviation HQ to demand an end to their partnership with ICE.

As a fixed-base operator at Dallas Love Field, Atlantic has provided refueling and maintenance services for ICE as they kidnap and deport immigrant families. The company is on track to facilitate nearly 300 flights by the end of 2026, which would inflict immeasurable harm on our friends, neighbors, and loved ones. We won’t rest until they terminate this arrangement.

Millions of eyes are on DFW as the World Cup unfolds. Join us as we show Atlantic and the global community that North Texas will always meet fascism and ethnic cleansing with resistance.

Join us tomorrow outside of the Dallas Police Department (DPD) headquarters for a press conference providing updates on the case of Sabah Mooswi and demanding justice for her!

It’s been over a month since Sabah’s car was shot at as she was driving home on Mother’s Day. Still, there are no answers from the police and no signs of a due diligence effort for a real investigation.

With rising Islamophobic rhetoric and xenophobia in Texas and across the country, members of the Dallas Muslim and ally community demand a proper investigation into this attack. We invite members of the media to join us tomorrow!

✈️ STOP ICE DEPORTATIONS IN DALLAS!

Yesterday, Clear DFW, a coalition of community organizations gathered at Love Field Airport during the World Cup to protest the sickening, ongoing ICE/DHS deportations of our neighbors, friends and loved ones enabled by Atlantic Aviation and their enablers in Dallas City Hall. We also spoke to several media outlets to raise public awareness of these flights and the harm it is causing to our communities.

Over the past 2 years, our elected officials have stood by and allowed Atlantic Aviation deportation flights to increase from double digits to almost 300 during 2026 alone. Atlantic Aviation have hidden these flights from the public in secluded hangars in a far off corner of the airport but our vision is CLEAR!

We call on Atlantic Aviation to immediately cease their collaboration with ICE/DHS and on City of Dallas to take action against these flights. Until then, we will continue to build awareness and organize to bring an end to these inhumane ICE/DHS operations in Dallas.

🚨 Do it for Oak Cliff!

On May 28th, an apartment complex tragically exploded in Oak Cliff due to a gas leak. Three were killed in the explosion and several more were injured. As much of our organizing is done in Oak Cliff and the surrounding neighborhoods, we feel deeply for those affected and grieve with neighbors in our community. Many of our own Dallas-based members immediately sprung into action to provide assistance, funds and donations in support of the people affected.

We are taking it one step further and asking folks to donate to our Venmo account() with “Oak Cliff” in the memo line. We will match any funds donated with the Oak Cliff memo up to $500 and use all of it to provide direct material assistance to the people affected by the explosion. Every bit helps.
