Well... apparently the weather still hasn’t gotten the memo. ☔️
Due to the forecasted rain and continued wet conditions in the park, tonight’s screening of What a Girl Wants has been cancelled.
Trust us, we wanted movie night just as badly as you did. At this point, we’re starting to think the weather is personally invested in preventing Amanda Bynes from making it to Griggs Park.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and continued enthusiasm for Movies in the Park. We promise we’re just as ready for a perfect movie night under the stars as you are.

Screaming, laughing, crying because the forecast is GOOD and will be yearning on a 40ft screen in Griggs Park TONIGHT! That's right - How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days is on the big screen and we can't wait to watch with you all!
Here are your reminders before tonight's festivities:
- parking is limited! Please rideshare, take the , or walk!
- keep our park clean! Extra trashcans are set-up around the park to prevent overflow.
- bring extra blankets! With all of the rain, the park might still be damp in a few spots, bring extra blankets to prevent wet seats!
- will be on site selling sweets and a bevies!
- will make sure your furry friends feel all the love with her pupcup bar!

On June 12th, Griggs Park will transform into a glowing open-air night market and festival filled with string lights, live music, cocktails, local bites, and over 40 vendors bringing the energy of Uptown to life.
Picture this:
