Colorado’s (WEAAD) event on June 15 united over 100 attendees from across the state on the importance of addressing critical issues impacting older adults, especially issues and supports related to social isolation.

The hybrid event was organized by the Colorado Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging and Adult Protective Services, the Colorado Older Adults Financial Justice Coalition and the Knoebel Institute for Healthy Aging - University of Denver.

If you receive SNAP benefits, Employment First may be able to help you build skills and prepare for employment through services such as resume assistance, interview coaching, job search support, education and training opportunities, and work-based learning experiences.
