The NOMAS Model for DV Offender Accountability Programs: It's NOT what you think! NOMAS Model programs are not punitive in policies or practices.

The purpose of the NOMAS Model for DV Offender Accountability Programs (formerly th NY Model for Batterer Programs) is to provide a service to the civil and criminal court systems, for men who are domestic violence offenders.
