We've been busy around here!
This snapshot captures a familiar scene at LifeFlightβmultiple crews hard at work catching up on charting. One crew is staying late to finish documenting the day's flights, while the incoming crew is wrapping up charts from the previous shift so they're ready to hit the ground running for a new day of flying.
Behind every mission is a dedicated team working around the clock to ensure every detail is documented and every crew is prepared. It's all part of the commitment that keeps us ready when our communities need us most.

Trauma season is in full swing! π
Longer days, warmer temperatures, and school being out means time for summer adventures! But unfortunately, that means more traumatic injuries.
Before you head out for some summer fun, remember these important safety tips!
π - make sure you are wearing a life jacket whenever you are one the water - always keep an eye on your children around water!
ποΈ - ALWAYS wear a helmet when riding motorcycles , ATVs, bicycles, and UTVs. It could save your life.
π - stay alert around around farm equipment
βοΈ- stay hydrated and take breaks in the shade from the extreme heat.
π π±- Buckle up! And stay undistracted. Every trip, every seat, every time.
You may not think you need them, until you do. Summers should be filled with memories, not emergencies.
From all of us here at LifeFlight, we are wishing everyone a SAFE and enjoyable summer season π¨ and just always know, when accidents happen, we are here to answer the call.

Every tone tells a different story.
A trauma. A stroke. A child. A family waiting.
And every time, EMS answers the call. π¨
EMS is never a one-person job.
It takes dispatchers, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, nurses, pilots, mechanics, communication specialists, and hospital teams all working together for one mission: patient care.
Thank you for all of the sacrifices you make. The holidays missed, the late nights with no sleep, the bad weather, your dedication is recognized and appreciated.
Happy EMS Week to all the professionals serving their communities. Whether it be by ground, or by air, this week is for you π€

Better a day late than neverβ¦ but HAPPY WORLD PILOTS DAY to some of the best pilots. (Some not pictured) π¨π½ββοΈππ
We are truly blessed with some of the best pilots.
From having to constantly deal with the med crew when we are hungry, reminding us to do our blood sugars, holding us so we donβt slip in the winter while loading the cot, listening to our medical garble, dealing with all the smells, and all the things in between, they are truly amazing and deserve to be celebrated!
Thank you to all of our amazing pilots, both full time and pool pilots! You are so appreciated!
