Polk County Supplemental Foods

When it’s raining, and your bored might as well pick up your Supplemental Foods. You have until Friday June 26th, and please be aware we will be closed Friday, the 19th for the Holiday. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Come see us at the Paul R. Knapp center. We are ready to see you, and answer any Supplemental Foods questions.

I hope people can come out tomorrow to Senior Fest. There will be lots of fun activities. Come say hi to Josh and Cole at the Supplemental Foods table. Event is at the Paul R. Knapp Center in the fair grounds. Doors open at 9! Hope to see you there!

New Customer Bag Policy
To ensure food safety for all our customers:
• We are happy to pack your groceries in the reusable bags you bring.
• Bags must be clean and hygienic.
• If bags are visibly soiled, have strong odors, or appear unsanitary, we reserve the right to decline their use.
• In those cases, we will pack your groceries in our store-provided bags or boxes.

Polk County Supplemental Foods and Polk County Food pantry are looking for a couple of Volunteers to help deliver food boxes or help out in our Food Pantry located at 2309 Euclid Avenue. Please go to the Polk County Website and fill out the necessary paperwork to get the ball rolling.

Just a quick reminder: We will be closed on 2/16/26 in observance of President's Day.

Please make sure to come in before Wednesday the 28th, to get your January Supplemental Foods box.

If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer in the community. This is a great place to get your foot in the door. We reimburse for Mileage.
