To commemorate Men’s Health Week, MDCR is recognizing the men who lead our agency from within by example, both on and off the job.
Today, we highlight Correctional Officer Eric Mosley of the Training Bureau, who has proudly served MDCR for the past 7 years.
When asked what he does to maintain a healthy work-life balance, Officer Mosley shared:
“I remain stress-free and don’t sweat the small stuff. When things are out of my control, I handle them by staying prepared, keeping an open mind, and focusing on solutions rather than the problems. I believe maintaining a positive mindset, adapting to challenges, and not allowing unnecessary stress to affect my well-being helps me maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.”
Thank you, Officer Mosley, for your dedication to service, commitment to excellence, and positive impact on those around you.
