A thriving community begins with committed changemakers. It's the same for every family!

When a father is committed to leading and loving, his family flourishes! 💙

To the dads, the grandpas, the step-dads and the mentors who make our families and our communities better, we see you, love you and celebrate you today!

Happy Father's Day!

🏠 Home is where little ones take their first steps. Where you enjoy a slow morning and a cup of coffee.

This , we are joining World Peace Revival to honor and pray for the families who have lost this sense of home, whose everyday rhythms have been interrupted by conflict.

Because the peace and stability of home shouldn't be a luxury. 🕊

Fundholder Feature | Gwinnett Daily Post

"Changing economies and technology have caused a serious decline in investigative journalism in our country. Yet without it, many important issues never gain the public's attention," shared JK Murphy, publisher for the Gwinnett Daily Post.

But thanks to your support, the Gwinnett Daily Post is bringing these issues to the surface.

The Gwinnett Journalism Fund supports Reporter Nate McCullough, an investigative journalist in the Gwinnett Daily Post newsroom.

"He has taken deep dives into serious issues impacting our community — homelessness, our schools, our criminal justice system, etc. His reporting cuts through the hyperbole to publish objective reports on these critical issues," JK explained.

"The reporting has no agenda other than to present the facts and let the reader come to their own conclusions. All of Nate's work appears outside the GDP's paywall, making it free for anyone to access."

📸 Investigative reporter Nate McCullough spent days in homeless camps and shelters around Gwinnett County to gather information for his ongoing coverage of this issue.

Fundholder Friday | Hemophilia of Georgia

Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) is a nationally and internationally recognized Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) that provides comprehensive clinical care and psychosocial services to people with bleeding disorders in Georgia. Founded in 1973 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, it also provides pharmacy services, education programs and advocacy to meet the diverse needs of individuals and their families who are affected by bleeding disorders.

"We recently worked with a young person who wasn’t sure college would be possible because of the financial strain of living with a bleeding disorder, which can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars a year or more," explained Vic McCarty, chief community engagement officer.

"Through our scholarship program, that burden was lifted, allowing them to focus on their future instead of the cost. This is why we do what we do. We know it takes more than medicine to support the bleeding disorder community."
