A meaningful legacy is built not only by what we leave behind, but by the values we pass on.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate the fathers and father figures who teach generosity, kindness, and a commitment to helping others. Their influence extends far beyond their own families, helping build stronger communities for generations to come.

Thank you to the fathers whose example inspires us to serve others, give back, and create opportunities throughout the Paso del Norte region.

Happy Father’s Day!

Successful fundraising starts long before the ask. In Session 3 of Power, Purpose & Plan, Dr. Andrea Tawney focused on cultivation, including building meaningful donor-centered relationships through active listening, trust, and mutual understanding.

From connecting prospects with mission experiences to leveraging influencers as matchmakers, participants explored strategies for creating authentic engagement. Participants learned that cultivation is the “dating phase” of fundraising, where strong relationships are built, and long-term generosity begins.
