FUSD Assistant Superintendent Denice Erickson presented to local community partners at today’s San Tan Valley – “For Our Community” luncheon hosted by Mike Goodman Pinal County Supervisor District 2.

Denice provided an informative look at the financial challenges facing public education and the impact these realities have on our students, staff, and schools.

Learn about a proposed districtwide network infrastructure upgrade that would be funded primarily through the federal E-Rate Program. This investment will strengthen the technology that supports teaching, learning, and daily operations while helping meet our long-term capital needs.

🏗️ Investing in Our Schools
District leaders will also provide an update on the School Facility Oversight Board (SFOB) Building Renewal Grant Program, highlighting how Florence Unified has leveraged outside funding to maintain and improve our schools and facilities while reducing the burden on local taxpayers.
