A thought to carry into today’s R.E.D. Friday:
Behind every deployed service member stands a family serving too.
They carry the weight of missed birthdays, empty seats at dinner tables, sleepless nights, and endless prayers.
Today we wear RED not only for those deployed, but for the silent soldiers at home whose strength often goes unseen.
Remember Everyone Deployed.
Remember those waiting.
Remember those worrying.
Remember those sacrificing.
Until they all come home. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸🎗️

NEVER FORGET: AUGUST 26, 2021
Five years ago, on August 26, 2021, America suffered one of the deadliest days of the Afghanistan withdrawal when a su***de bomber attacked Abbey Gate outside Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul.
In an instant, 13 brave American service members—11 Marines, 1 Navy Corpsman, and 1 Army Soldier—were taken from their families, friends, and fellow warriors while helping others find safety.
They were sons and daughters.
They were brothers and sisters.
They were friends, teammates, and heroes.
The pain of that day did not end when the headlines faded. It lives on in the hearts of the families who never got another hug, another phone call, or another chance to say "I love you."
Many Americans have never heard of Abbey Gate. Many have forgotten the date.
We refuse to let their sacrifice be forgotten.
That is why RememberEveryoneDeployed.org hosts a Candlelight Vigil each year—to speak their names, honor their service, and ensure their legacy lives on.

To all Military moms. Facts.
I have to say that this hits center mass and is so true. I often pray for service men and women that I will never meet on this side of eternity. I know their stories through their Mamas, and oh my word, do I ever love them like my own. I’m invested. I suppose this is how Abraham must have felt when the Lord told him that he would have decedents as numerous as the stars in the sky. Us Military Mamas have chidren that fight for the Stars and Stripes on our flag, and for strangers who are unaware of the sacrifice that they make, and each one is just as precious as my own. God bless and keep every one of them. They are all my children even if they don’t know it❤️🇺🇸
