My favorite place to eat in this world is McDonald's and the family and I go only once a year for my special birthday lunch/dinner. I just ate two twenty piece chicken mcnuggets, two large fries, a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, a hot fudge sundae, a large vanilla milkshake, a large Diet Coke, tons of sweet and sour sauce, my own bottle of ketchup and I ate all the kids leftovers. McDonald's, I'll see you again in 365 days!

I appeared before the Broward County Board of County Commissioners to discuss our Broward County Property Appraiser's proposed 2027 Fiscal Year budget. Thank you to the County Commission for inviting me and most importantly, for the great work that each of our Commissioners do on behalf of Broward's two million residents.

I enjoyed speaking at a town hall meeting with residents of the City of Lauderdale Lakes and the Mayor and City Commission. We spoke about the city's real property taxable value, the TRIM Notice and how the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office can help our community. Thank you Mayor Veronica Edwards Phillips, Vice Mayor Sharon Braithwaite-Thomas and Commissioners Karlene Maxwell-Williams, Tycie Causwell, and Easton K. Harrison for inviting me.

I had a great time speaking at the Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale North Beach! We spoke about how the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office can help our community! Thank you Becky Norwood, John Loos and all of the members for inviting me!

I enjoyed speaking at the Dania Beach City Commission meeting and the Sunrise City Commission meeting this evening! Thank you to both city commissions for inviting me and most importantly, for the excellent job you all do for our residents!

On this Memorial Day, let's remember the women and men that gave the ultimate sacrifice so that you, l and our families can be free and live in the greatest country ever founded. Let's also keep in our prayers and thoughts the families of those who lost a loved one serving our country. Have a blessed and safe Memorial Day.

I had a great time speaking at the Fort Lauderdale Forum this morning! I spoke on a panel with Fort Lauderdale City Manager Rickelle Williams, and Bill Brown, Chair of the Fort Lauderdale Budget Advisory Council! The forum was hosted by former Florida State Representative and Fort Lauderdale Mayor Jack Seiler! We had a fantastic conversation about the city’s budget, taxable value and proposed property tax reform that the legislature may consider.
