From pancakes to pizza, middle school students are building confidence, learning new techniques and discovering the creativity behind culinary arts.

25-26 Highlight: It got a little "silly" at Northbrook Elementary School, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD at the end of the school year, and it was all to celebrate the great academic achievement of Northbrook students. Plus, the Spirit of Saginaw Drum Line from Saginaw High School, EMS ISD was there to cheer on the Blazers!

Dr. Chitwood is a Boswell High School, EMS ISD graduate who also attended Wayside Middle School, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Bryson Elementary School, EMS ISD, and Eagle Mountain Elementary, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD.

Sometimes the biggest impact comes from simply showing up for students. One Saginaw High School, staff member wanted to recognize Principal Dr. Ray Blanco for the support and encouragement he brings to students both on and off campus.

One moment stood out in particular. During the high bar rotation, a student asked Dr. Blanco to lead the team's traditional Saginaw chant.
