This Weekend: Hot and Windy 🥵☀️

Wind gusts up to 30-40 mph will be possible through this weekend into early next week with heat index values peaking near 102-108 degrees. Take the proper steps to keep you and your loved ones safe from heat-related illnesses.

Hot and breezy conditions will continue this afternoon with afternoon highs in the low to mid 90s and heat index values peaking near 100 degrees. Low rain chances will creep in northwest of the Metroplex late tonight into early Friday morning. Very little rainfall is expected.

Hot and humid conditions will continue through the end of the week into the weekend, with afternoon highs in the 90s to just around 100 and heat index values around 100-105 degrees. Make sure to stay cool and hydrated!

Isolated storms are possible across East Texas along the Red River late this afternoon and evening. No severe weather is expected, but strong storms may contain strong winds and locally heavy rain.
