Candidate filing for Gaston County's Soil & Water District Board remains open. District supervisors help protect our county's soil, water, and natural resources while serving their local community. It's a rewarding way to make a lasting impact close to home.

Eligible candidates, keep in mind:
➡ Nonpartisan office meaning no specific party affiliation required
➡ Filing closes Mon., July 6
➡ $5 fee due at filing as cash or check
➡ Accepted candidates will appear on the Nov. 3 General Election ballot
