Every year, we harvest our California garlic into wooden bins that each hold 1 ton of Gilroy's finest produce. Over 50,000 of these bins eventually make their way to the garlic capital of the world to be run right away into production or entered into long-term cold storage for our year-round sales.

It was an honor to address the graduating high school class of Christopher High School this past weekend. Our founding father, Don Christopher, was instrumental in so many aspects what has made this school so great, and we are proud to continue that legacy for years to come.
